The staff was very helpful even though I was not able to meet them in person. Had called managers number before start time due to early checkout but was assisted and helped appropriately and professionally.

No breakfast on site but walking distance to major eateries/shops and especially to the beach. Restaurant food was delicious and the staff in there, fantastic. From my daughter who was in the family room: " "Hello mother dear 😬 Okay mum top marks everywhere for this place. Staff were lovely and attentive. We did visit the closest beach and loved the fact that it was just a short walk away. The property was homelike… if that’s a thing 😂 Beds were comfy. Bathroom was clean and I loved the shower, great water pressure. The only downside was the wifi not reaching the rooms but it is also good thing as we were able to spend quality time together without internet. The property was better than the photos that I saw. The question ‘what did I like’ - I liked the food from the restaurant and all the staff in the restaurant and reception and housekeeping were all lovely ☺️ We traveled by van/bus that was hired. And obviously travelled with family 😬 Here’s some photos

The pub itself is very charming and has a great atmosphere. Pool and a spa, although far to cold to enjoy it in winter. Location is a couple steps to the beach, the train or Northcliffe surf club. The room was clean, very basic, and the bed was comfortable. The bed did move across the floor a lot , which was a bit of an issue Undercover parking and they lock the gates over night, which i found good All in all , a good spot.

I stayed at Darcy Arms Hotel Motel to visit Sea World for Spooky Night. The location was perfect with a tram and a bus station nearby. We had no trouble to walk from the bus stop to the motel in night. Staffs were lovely and very helpful.

The food was amazing! bedroom was very comfortable and great to have clean towels everyday and bathroom/shower was a great size. Staff were lovely very accommodating, Would definitely stay again

We stay here for Groundwater Country Music Festival, each year. Close to G-Line tram, which takes us 4 mins to get to the festival. Bed was nice & comfy, which we appreciate. Look, its a basic 70's style motel room, so don't expect 5 star luxury!! The fridge is just the small bar type, so don't arrive loaded with "refrigeration required" food, expecting a big fridge. The hotel is at the front & make excellent meals. There's also a spa & pool, if you feel like it.

Thank you to the exceptional care and service by the team at D'Arcy Arms, we had a great time at the motel and we felt nearly at home (thanks Flossy!). The rooms were clean, and the mattresses were really comfortable too (new I've heard). Special shoutout to the restaurant staff Rafael and Kelly who gave us amazing service in the restaurant. Also to the new head chef Geoffrey, our meals were delicious every night! Hopefully we will be back soon!
